*Canix rows = live NY on-hand
counts from Canix. Unit costs are pinned to the CFO workbook standards so this page ties to the
closed COGS files; where Canix carries a different NCI actual it's shown as a reference tag. Untagged rows are
purchases-minus-sold estimates and read high — see banner. “no ledger” = no purchase record and not
tracked in Canix (NY Match Box is deliberately untracked; NJ Outlaw/Ground bags & stickers =
possibly the “Tin Packaging for NJ” rows on the accounting sheet).
†Days left = est. remaining ÷ average daily consumption over the last 60 days of deliveries
(sold basis — production build-ahead burns parts faster than this). red ≤ 90 days
(inside a 90-day NCI lead time), amber ≤ 150 days.

A lot = every package off one shared source package — never the tag
or the date (41% of NY lots ship as several tags, some across days). Only shipped units become COGS;
on hand, WIP, testing and retention are shown so nothing is silently missing (consumed case
parents count in no bucket — their units are the tags already listed). NY lots drill to the package
tree and the purchase invoices behind every dollar. NJ rows are declared lineage —
the work order names its flower lot directly (no Metrc graph), month grain, priced from the LoveGrow billing
calculators.
Shipped by week — by SKU (units delivered to retail; always sold basis, whatever the toggle)
Weeks start Monday. A unit ships weeks after its parts were
consumed — cones are drawn at rolling, boxes at packing — so this is a shipping view, never a
parts-consumption view. Reordering runs off the strip at the top, not off this table.
BOMs & unit COGS reference
Scrap allowance on consumables — assumed, not measured.
Quantities below carry a per-component scrap uplift on top of the theoretical
bill of materials: cones and 35s stick materials 3.0%, labels, stickers and
tamper seals 2.0%, boxes, tins and bags 1.0%. Before 25 Aug 2026 consumables
were consumed at exactly theoretical quantity — no cone ever snapped and no
label ever misfed — while flower already carried 15% (NY) and 5% (NJ).
These rates cannot be derived from the data yet: on-hand reads high for want
of WIP depletion, so purchased-minus-on-hand overstates consumption. They are
stated defaults awaiting confirmation from production, and are set per
component per SKU in cogs_bom.waste_pct. Effect on consumables
COGS: +$1,397.73 (+1.74%).
